not a great run, never felt all that relaxed or coordinated. went up to bradley eventually, through the woods a bit over lincoln, down broadway, back on university then main. time is estimated since forgot to start the watch. distance isn't exact but should be close. hopefully form is getting more efficient. decent weather.
