legs tired, especially hamstrings and buttocks from lunges the past two days. knew i'd feel like this, so this was intended as an easy run to be ready for going long tomorrow. felt knee for most of the first half- not badly, but there. thought about doing 35, but 25 was enough for me today. hopefully soreness will be gone by tomorrow. no lunges today, just normal exercises.
