ran to josh's house, then up shields, along poudre trail to linden and back. way out was net -150ft. not continuous, and stopped for some water at josh's on way back. ass and hamstrings still a bit sore from lunges a couple days ago. goal for today was miles, not pace, so fairly pleased with how it went. not much in terms of knee issues- stride feels pretty balanced. good to have company on a longer run like this, made the time go by a bit quicker. highest mileage week in a long time, methinks.
