heavy snow. ran solo in the ville con ipod. gettin some good diseases, felt positively alive for first half mile. snow blowing in face, it was much much easier to run with wind at back on way north. went down lawrence, around river run, up book a bit, back past cindy's and up lawrence. cooldown con bowfis on cromwell. pace for run was officially 7.52. effort was worth 7.15 a mile. pretty pleased, good strength run, though knee hurts a wee bit.
