con bowfis and wee'n. at least three inches of snow everywhere, very wet, no decent footing anywhere. lots of stops, but still a strength run due to terrible conditions... slipping everywhere. did 411 and woodloop with cooldown in parking lot. distance is overestimation, but worked at least as hard as that.
