ran with al. xmas day run, woo. ran as sun was going down. went down lawrence, turned around in river run, back up through ashbury. pace was pretty quick, didn't think it was that fast due to clothing, but pleasant to see. will try to go longer tomorrow, try to take one or no days off this week. icy conditions in some places.
