Notes
A nice run with Robin and Joe. My body & legs felt great and ready to go. My heart wasn't in it this a.m. though and that made it a bit of a struggle. Too bad. I guess the really great runs are when the body and the heart are both feeling good. Take away either one of those elements though and it's not as nice. Thought I had rounded off to 7 - but I guess not. It doesn't really matter except for looking pretty I guess. I did love watching the clouds though as we ran down Forum, and I felt very lucky to be out on such a beautiful morning and have friends to run with. It was nice and warm too, and I was very happy to not have a chill at all even when starting and stopping. Carpe Diem.
