Notes
Well, I'll call it a race b/c I had a bib # on, but I didn't race it. I had no intention of doing this at all, but shoot, I was there, had just seen Curt and well . . . . I went. Saw some folks there and got to talk to Andy and Hugh who I hadn't seen in quite a while. This is a pretty leisurely run with the #1 gal finisher in my sight the whole time. I might have been #2 - not sure. It's pretty laid back and at a nearly 930 pace I'm not thinking this is a true 5k time. My foot hurt pretty badly and I was tired and hungry so there are my excuses! But, it makes for a bit more mileage for the week, and I got out and about. Might hit the elliptical for a bit though now . . . Will see. I really would like to keep 20 miles a week if I can keep from injuries, but maybe 15-20 is more realistic if I can cross train.
