Notes
This was a nice run out & back the Upper Standard with Nala. She kept me pretty much on a steady 10 min pace. I let her off leash the last mile & picked up the pace (she was very thirsty & we just ran to get to the water). It felt good. Still wearing my knee brace...will keep doing my ankle & knee stabilizer exercises & hope to give up the brace soon.
