Just ran around town with Jeanne. Ran up Argonaut, though, which I love doing. I always feel a sense of accomplishment when I get to the top! Was very windy & Jeanne was dealing with her asthma with the heat and the wind...I felt great! Think I'll check on new shoes though...Jeanne brought to my attention that my knee has been bothering me since I got these shoes...
