This was our Crossfit WOD for the day. Was going to treat it like a race and try to PR, but that went out the window pretty quickly. Not sure what kind of run this was, though. I probably could have run a little harder. I had to stop 4 or 5 times because my back kept tightening up. My legs were fine for most of the run, though. It was hot, but not as hot as it has been. I just couldn't maintain a 7:20 pace. I couldn't even maintain 7:30.
