First 2 miles felt fine, obviously, because they were "easy." Miles 3-6 felt worse than I expected them to. My legs were heavy, I didn't have negative splits which was frustrating me. and by the time I got to mile 5.5 I was past being mentally (and physically) done. I know I stopped a few times around mile 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5. I was nearly gasping for air, I had a side stitch, and I felt like I was going to throw up the majority of the time from the BASE I drank. I tried to get my avg under 7:50, but I don't think it ever did.
