Had planned on doing 2 mile warm up, 4 at 1/2 marathon pace (8:20), but that didn't happen. Tried to turn it into a progression run instead, but even that didn't work out the way I'd thought. Didn't really hydrate well before - had to rush out the door after work. Also, was feeling kind of blah and legs weren't feeling great. Made me feel like there's no way I can run 13 at 8:20. Felt like I was going 5k pace today.
