1.5 mile warm up, 6 x 800 meter repeats with 1-2 minute rest. 1.5 mile cool down. Legs never go tired - that's what 3 years of running and almost a year of CrossFit will do for ya! Plan was to keep repeats around 7 min pace. I think it was a success!
