This run felt terrible. My calf and shin were hurting for the entire run and I pretty much limped the entire last mile. A few weeks ago it was my right leg, recently (and especially today) it's been in my left leg. I can pin point exactly where it's at when I'm running and when I got done I could tell I had knots in my left hip. Not sure if my shoes are helping or making it worse. Don't know what to do about it, but my calf and shin have been hurting for awhile, so it seems.
