1 mile warm up, 3 miles at what I wanted to be pace for the Boro Dash next week, but these paces aren't accurate because I stopped a few times. Not what I wanted to run. On antibiotics, though and stomach was cramping. At least my legs felt good after running 20 on Sunday.
