Original plan was 3 mile warm up, 7 at HM pace. That went out the window quickly. Then I tried 5 easy and 5 at HM pace and failed again. I don't know if it was because of CF last night or what but I just couldn't do it. I ran zero miles at HM pace. Last 3 miles felt terrible - hip and knee kept collapsing like they've done before, which is discouraging. Stopped and walked entirely too much for an easy paced run. Not the confidence builder I needed for Tom King next week.
