Legs felt really strong, considering we did squats at Crossfit last night. Went out for just an easy run, but felt really good, and went out faster than I had planned, so just decided to go with it and turn it into a progression run. Breathing only got a little labored because I was pushing the pace more towards the end, but it still felt good.
