Even though I stayed between the average I was supposed to for the middle three, I WANTED to average 8:00, 7:45, 7:30. But that didn't really work out too well.My legs felt heavy, but not as heavy as I was expecting. My breathing didn't feel as controlled as I wanted it to be. And I felt like I went faster for my 3rd mile than the 4th. I'm not sure about my HR? It beeped a lot saying it was too high.
