Legs felt great and the humidity wasn't very high today, so it felt good. Around mile 3 my ankle kind of started hurting around the top, but didn't slow me down, and I didn't think much about it. And with 1/2 mile to go I started limping. Not sure where that came from, but it felt like it was coming from my left knee all the way down my leg to my ankle. Hamstring felt tight after I was done, so don't know if that had anything to do with it, either. I rolled and stretched before I ran, though. I pretty much pushed myself at the end just so I would have a negative split run. Ha.
