1.45 mile warm up, 4 mile repeats at 8 min pace with approx 1 min rest in between, 1.40 mile cool down. This felt harder than I thought it was going to. First repeat didn't feel good at all. I felt really dizzy and light headed. The other 3 felt a little better. Felt like I was going faster than race pace though.
