Notes

First time knee/hip felt good (with no limping) since my race last Saturday. Set out to do 3-4 miles, and felt okay at 1.5 so decided to go ahead and do 4. The "heat" was new, so that sucked, and it felt like I was pushing the pace when I wasn't, but I'm just glad I was able to run more than a mile - with little to no pain.
