Terrible run. Didn't stretch well after my run yesterday or after CrossFit. Paid for it today when my ankle, knee and hip all started to collapse while running. First mile was bad and it only continued to get worse. By the last half mile I was pretty much limping. Felt it more in my knee and my ankle the entire time. Frustrating.
