Felt good! Legs felt fresh, breathing felt controlled (for first 2 miles) and I could have ran 4 miles easily, but I wanted to run the last mile hard and I didn't know if I would want to after three miles. Had I not ran the first .25 of the 3rd mile at 7:15 pace I probably could have averaged the last mile around 7:20. But by the time I got to .5 mile I was breathing hard and I could practically feel my HR rising, but I didn't really slowing down much.
