4 miles with 3 pick-ups. Don't know what workout type to put that under. Felt okay for the first part of the run, but not great. Legs started to get extremely heavy the last mile & a half. My left calf was tight and both of my quads were sore. HR was still ridiculous. I don't know why Running Ahead lists my interval data like that. According to Garmin Connect my pick ups were: 7:20 (21.5 sec), 7:04 (24.08 sec), 7:36 (20.4 sec).I couldn't really look at my watch and see the pace I was running for those 20 seconds because of the screen changing.
