2 mile warm up, 5 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down. Was supposed to run between 8:30-8:45 pace, but I was feeling really good. Felt like a good medium paced run. Wasn't sure how it was going to feel because I had eaten pretty crappy at work. Legs felt great and breathing felt like I was at a conversation pace for the second part of the run.
