Stronger bike portion compared to the NP tri. Some of the turns on the way back were well marked and directed which slowed down the pace but the final 5 miles were on a nice stretch of paved highway making it easy to hammer. Took a GU with caffeine about 15 miles out giving it time to settle before the run. T2: Came in to transition with my shoes off and found my shoes more easily with a wetsuit laying there. Took time putting my socks on and tying my shoes but it's worth it not to blister. 1:39
