Hard solo ride on yale bridge road. Hit it hard on the way out and made it to the end in about 57 minutes. Attacked the hills up and maintained a decent pace while descending and mellowing out on the flats between. Added on towards the end to make it 50. Happy with the ride but wish I could block it with a run. Avg HR 157 Max 178
