Notes
I had my first shamrock shake of the season last night. It was delicious. I was a little worried that it would come back to haunt me this morning though. Thankfully it didn't and I am happy to have gotten this run in first thing in the morning. Sometimes I have time to get a good run in on Monday afternoons, but the weather's supposed to turn pretty ugly this afternoon. Originally I wanted to get a fartlek in but I bit it pretty bad on some black ice during my first pick up so I decided to be a little more cautious the rest of the run and just keep the pace honest.
