Notes
Not exactly sure of the time and distance of this run. I ran the route a little differently then normal and also forgot to stop my watch at the end. Either way it was nothing more than a short and easy run to get ready for what I hope will be a longer and a little bit harder run tomorrow either through FermiLab or the Arboretum.
