Notes
Met up with Enright, Shaf and BS at 5:45. We encountered Dale as we ran quasi-cookie route but he turned off after a bit. We got back to NCC a good 10 minutes before morning run was going to start so we added on library loop, where we met with Henz and Krump. Morning run was its usually morning run pace. It's always great to have people to run with. Plenty of good conversation and funny stories from the past It also felt good to get a decent mileage day in but at a nice recovery pace. I will probably take tomorrow pretty easy again before I get ready for a nice long run on Saturday. I went to Einstein Bros for breakfast instead of Starbucks. Probably a good choice.
