Ran with Enright, Henz and Krump. This was a little bit faster then most Thursday mornings. We were going about the same pace as we normally would during the first 40 minutes but we picked it up when we met up with the team instead of slowing down. There were only a few guys from the team still on morning run because everyone's on spring break. They usually get annoyed because we "push" the pace and decided to do something about it. That something was push the pace even harder. I'm pretty sure they put 1200 meters on us in the last 1.5 miles. Not a big deal. At least we got a solid run in.
