1.25M warmup, 4x800 @ 10k, then 1.5M cooldown with a little pickup in the usual spot.
Been a while since done real intervals, felt it, bigtime. Avg'd 6:42 pace in the WARR 10k back in September. Had trouble maintaining that pace for .5s in this workout.
Hanging up the Mizuno's too. They had my right M1 singing by the middle of the workout.
Was expecting to do 6:45s at Coyote. However, after this workout reality check, will probably rest to 6:55-7:00.
