Glutes are now the tender spot, as the body continues to recover from RNR. I felt like I had much more to offer at the peak of the tempo, but the glutes and very top of the hams were limiting me.
slight tinge in the knees when starting, but went away quickly.
M1 very slightly tender. Calves a little tight, no more pain from left one now though.
Ha! Just noticed the Max HR. That is what choking on a gnat does to you.
