Ran the Brazen 10k route, at medium-hard pace. Didn't push it hard, as legs still recovering from Saturday's run. When I tried pushing it, glutes let me know uh-uh.
A couple stops/backtracks due to misreading the map/trail markers.
This is going to be a fun race. Nearly the entire first half is flat, dirt trail. Would be fast, but is marshy and waterlogged. Then there are a handful of butt-kicking climbs and harrowing (at race pace) descents, finishing off with a staircase climb->grassy plateau->steep descent to finish.
