Notes

Three mile warm up. 2 mile cool down. First interval felt too fast. 8:06 was the goal based on the table but I couldn't talk and felt sick to my stomach. Didn't mean to slow down so much on the second interval. Wanted to do a 8:20 but was too tired on the second mile. Got 7 hours of sleep which seemed to help.
