43 at the start and about 60 at the finish.
Went out slow thinking I was going for a 3:35. Lost Tracy C at mile one and re-evaluated. Good tailwind the first 10 miles. With 6 left to go felt really good, just like Ogden. Forgot to take my last Gu though! Took some ecaps along the way which I think really helped.
