Notes
This was a silly jog. The first mile really hurt because I was all stressed out about doing it during the work day. I don't know why I get like that. I'm like a kicked dog. Anyway, at the 3 mile mark I slowed down good and that made me feel so good I had no problem adding on an extra mile. And then once I was at 4, I just went to 40 min so I could call it a long run for the week. Praise god. Oh btw my neighborhood is full of tweakers and people who look like they eat other people. Also I only had a bowl of cereal today and went for this one around 1:30 and still felt fine.
