Weird watch stats. I think this was off because I didn't take the time to "GPS soak" my watch before I started. I felt weird and anxious for a lot of the run and I'm really not sure why. I tried forcing myself to eat lunch right away after but my body really didn't want it. I talked to a friend who told me it's weird to be overly concerned about when you eat and I was like yeah, you're right. I think I could have gone longer but it felt smart to not just spend all day at work jogging. I would feel better with a longer effort after work I think. I would like to go for a swim after work I think.
