Last week's splits were 7:36, 7:40, and 7:42. It looks like I'm still improving but not so much as before.
It was kind of weird how this time the pace stayed almost perfectly constant instead of fading like in previous weeks. I guess that means that my aerobic conditioning/pure endurance has plateaued for now. I'd either have to do more miles or longer long runs to see much improvement going forward.
