Notes

More lingering stiffness from Monday's weight workout. I obviously need to do that more often. I'm also feeling a little dragged out from 6 days of running in a row. If I'm not feeling peppier tomorrow I may take a rest day. Other than the tiredness, I felt pretty good, with no knee pain or anything like that. I just wish the TM were a little less dreadful. I stopped after 5mi more out of boredom/agitation than anything else.
