I'm still not quite recovered from my half. I could hold 6:45 pace o.k., but it was not as effortless as it should be, and at 7:30 pace my HR is about 7 bpm faster than it was just before my race. I'll continue to go easy until both of those system tests return to normal. I might go long this weekend but run it at about recovery pace.
I also can't wait until the humidity drops again. At least it wasn't hot today.
