I'm a little tired from being up late last night (and the couple nights before that) so I tried to take it easy today. Grandview hill took its toll, however. Even though I tried to go up as gently as I could my HR reached 170 before I got to the top and never did make it back to normal after that. Oh well. Tomorrow will be a short easy run I suppose.
