15 min WU, 6 x 3 min on (at an exerted effort) 2 min off, cool down to 9 mi. This went very well, was not working nearly as hard as I have had to the last few weeks to hit the pace. Did in trainers again. I think I want to use Tuesday workouts to teach myself how to push again and saturday workouts to build speed. Tuesday will be longer fartlek stuff for now and sat will be reps at T or faster.
