Was bonking hard from the first step to about 2.8 or so miles then out of nowhere I felt completely rejuvenated. Jaime picked up the pace and that quickly escalated into a quick end to the run. When we were getting near my house she surged in front of me and I wasnt going to let her beat me so I put her in her place
