2 Dumbell side bend (15x30), (15x35), (15x40), (15x45)

3 Vertical ab crunch with knees 15, 15, 15, 15

4 Plank on hands 1 min 1 min

5 Side plank 30 both sides 30

6 Bicycle with hands to feet 10 ea side 20 each side

May have cut this too short but I felt like I was beating a dead horse after a while
