Solid LR. 80% humidity and 80 degrees according to benji. Felt smooth the whole time and didn't feel like I was killing myself. Even with the humidity I wasn't having any breathing difficulty. All in all a good run and good ending to a solid week. Looking forward to an easy week next week.
