Was a monster workout. I was a beast to say the least. Did the first mile in 5:01, 5 mins rest. Then ran 800 meters in 2:32, 400-68, 300-49, 200-34,200-34,100-Slow because Zach Harris beat me. Although this was a good workout for me, I have to say Zach was a straight up fiend. He beat me and everyone else in the last 100 meters. He must have figured out how to activate his one fast twitch muscle
