Montrail Fluid Flex II (FKT)
START OF THE TRAINING!!! Ran 15 min. WU then did lunge matrix and leg swings. After that we did: 5 reps x 3 sets of deadlifts and step ups with 3 min. between sets. Legs will be sore tomorrow! 15 min. CD afterwards.
