Felt really strong today on the track! Proud of my effort. Built into the workout which was nice. The 2:15 felt surprisingly easy! I can tell I am in really good shape right now. Need to keep getting my sleep, it is helping so much! And all the hard work I've been putting in. No stopping now. SHOW UP!
